● The sealing design of the valve adopts double-layer sealing of bellows and packing to ensure that internal oxygen cannot penetrate into the outside through the sealing layer. At the same time, it can completely prevent external oil from entering the valve cavity, achieving zero leakage. Compared with traditional oxygen-specific stop valves, the product does not need to add oil pollution prevention devices, making the structure more compact, saving installation space and safer to use.
● The hinged connection structure between the valve stem and the disc can automatically adjust the centering position of the disc.
● The sealing surface of the valve disc is processed by cemented carbide surfacing, which is matched with the sealing ring PTFE material to ensure that the sealing ring has no indentations and is resistant to wear, so that the sealing effect is best and the service life is long.
● The end flange of the valve is equipped with static conductive bolt holes and a ground wire to prevent fire.
● The valve stem is anti-rotation designed, and a guide design is added to ensure that the valve flap does not produce rotating friction with the valve seat during the lifting process, preventing frictional static electricity, and ensuring the straight stroke of the valve stem.
● The overall design of the valve adopts a fully enclosed structure, which is reliable for dust, water and oil pollution. All parts and components are subject to strict degreasing and oil prohibition measures before assembly to ensure safety and reliability during use.
Notes: 1. All parts are strictly degreased;
2. A bypass structure is adopted above DN150;
3. Press the arrow during installation to check whether the inside of the valve chamber is clean to ensure that the sealing performance is intact;
4. Oxygen valves should be strictly prohibited from contacting grease to avoid fire accidents;
5. When stopping work, the residual air should be vented, and then the adjusting screw should be loosened to avoid long-term compression and deformation of the elastic element. 6. The oxygen valve should avoid impact and vibration and should not come into contact with corrosive substances.
