The outlet of the angular stop valve is a 90-degree right angle. Its principle is to move linearly along the center line of the fluid through the valve flap. The valve flap is used as the opening and closing part of the angle globe valve. The opening and closing part is plug shaped, the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valve flap moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. The movement forms of the valve stem include lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted and lowered, but the handwheel does not lift), and lifting rotary rod type (the handwheel and the valve stem rotate and lift together, and the nut is placed on the valve body). It is only suitable for fully open and fully closed, and no adjustment or throttling is allowed. structural characteristics
● The flow channel is arranged at a right angle: the inlet and outlet channels are vertical, and the fluid changes direction by 90° inside the valve. It is suitable for pipe turns and reduces the use of elbows. Compared with the traditional straight-through stop valve + elbow combination, the pressure loss is reduced.
● Conical valve disc design: Conical valve disc seals, sealing surface is welded with cemented carbide, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
● The valve flap moves along the axis of the valve stem, and the opening and closing sealing surfaces slide relatively, which has the characteristics of throttling efficiency.
