Structural Features

There are no specific standards for insulated globe valves. The company adopts the design standards for globe valves and installs an insulation interlayer on the outer layer of the valve. There are two connection ends in the insulation interlayer: inlet and outlet. Using circulating steam, hot water or hot oil as the medium flowing through the insulation valve without being cured by temperature drop can effectively prevent temperature loss when the medium passes through the valve and ensure the temperature of the medium.
● The jacket joint is fully welded, which is not easy to leak and is more pressure-resistant.
● The diameter and pipe diameter of the valve are consistent, and the medium flows in a straight line with low resistance, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.
● The flange of insulation valves is larger than the flange of ordinary valves.
● The valve stem adopts a bellows seal design, which completely eliminates the shortcomings of rapid aging and easy leakage of valve stem packing seals.
