Structural Features

● The rodless shielding valve designed by Wanlong uses magnetic force as the driving principle. The rotation of the outer magnetic steel drives the inner magnetic steel to rotate, thereby driving the rotation of the gate to realize the opening and closing of the valve.
● The valve plate design adopts two movable and static valve plates. The movable valve plate is driven to rotate by magnetic steel, so that the flow channels on the movable and static valve plates are opened and closed, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the valve.
● The valve plate channel has been designed and calculated and subjected to computer finite element analysis to meet the CV value requirements and ensure small angle rotation of the valve plate. The currently designed opening and closing rotation angle is 35°.
● The internal structure of the valve is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as ceramics and polytetrafluoroethylene to prevent the medium from corroding the body and increase the service life. It is especially suitable for working conditions where the medium is flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and precious liquids.
Main Parts & Materials
Body——316L (according to the corrosion requirements of the medium, it can be made into fluorine-lined or ceramic-lined structure)
316L material has little effect on the magnetic force fading of permanent magnet steel, and can effectively realize magnetic steel transmission.
Valve plate——ceramic (alumina)
Ceramic valve plates are widely used in the valve industry, and the materials are alumina and zirconia. The advantages of zirconia are expensive and have good toughness. The advantages of alumina are relatively low cost, relatively convenient manufacturing and processing, and better wear resistance than zirconia. According to the operating conditions of corrosive media and relatively small pressure levels, alumina is used as the material of the valve plate.
Magnetic steel——made of samarium cobalt material
According to surveys, the most commonly used permanent magnet steels currently are NdFeB and Samarium Cobalt. However, since NdFeB will fail at a temperature of around 150 ° C, ordinary NdFeB has poor corrosion resistance. The maximum use temperature of samarium cobalt is 300-350℃ and has good corrosion resistance.
