structural characteristics
● The sealing principle of wedge gate valves is to achieve sealing by tightly combining the two sealing surfaces on the wedge gate and the two sealing surfaces on the valve body when wedged.
Compared with similar products, the torque is low and the valve is easy to operate;
● Adopt straight-through structure
Optimize the flow passage design, the medium flow resistance is small, the flow coefficient is large, and the use is more energy-saving.
● Adopt double sealing surface wedge sealing structure
The sealing is more reliable. For example, under certain working conditions, the sealing surface on one side is damaged, and the sealing surface on the other side is still sealed, ensuring the function of the valve and having a longer service life.
