Structural Features
Compact but powerful, its design achieves maximum parts sharing between various size, reduces spare parts requirements and is easy to maintain;
● Metal valve core is suitable for a variety of working occasions, according to ANSI B16.104 leakage level up to IV, soft seal structure valve core up to VI;
● The valve body is designed into a constant cross-section and low flow resistance flow channel according to the principle of fluid mechanics. It has been specially designed to have the best flow capacity and form a stable flow channel, so that valves of various size can operate smoothly. It is suitable for use in a variety of working conditions;
● The pneumatic single-seat valve has a large adjustable range, and the inherent adjustable ratio is 50;
● The fluid channel is S-streamlined, with small pressure drop loss, large differential pressure, low noise, and meets environmental protection requirements.
● Actuator with piston-type membrane shape is more suitable for high-frequency work, with a life test of 100'000 times;
● The unique design effectively shortens the valve stem length, improves service life, and ensures good flow characteristics.
