Structural Features
☛ Integrally Forged Valve Body: The valve body is made from high-strength integral forging, resulting in a dense, weld-free structure that significantly enhances pressure and temperature resistance. It is suitable for a wide range of sampling needs involving high-pressure, high-temperature, high-viscosity, and corrosive media, fundamentally eliminating leakage risks.
☛Frictionless Spring-Return System: Featuring an innovative frictionless design paired with a spring-automated return handwheel, operation is smooth and effortless, allowing single-handed sampling. The valve closes automatically and swiftly after sampling, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring process safety and environmental hygiene.
☛Full-Bore, Deadleg-Free Flow Path: The valve employs a full-bore design combined with a streamlined internal cavity, ensuring unimpeded medium flow without residue. Particularly at the sampling outlet, the needle-insert sampler coupled with nitrogen purging through the valve stem center hole instantly cleans the sampling port and needle interior after use, preventing cross-contamination and residue buildup of crystallized or viscous media. This is especially ideal for high-purity, viscous, or easily solidifying substances.
☛Soft/Hard Dual-Seal Zero-Leakage Valve Core: The valve core utilizes a long-stroke conical plunger structure, integrating both soft sealing elements and metal hard sealing for bidirectional zero leakage. This design also provides excellent pressure reduction and flow regulation, enabling smooth control of sampling velocity and effectively preventing "bottle burst" or splashing caused by fluid impact. A standard isolated safety sampling box ensures operator-machine separation, offering comprehensive protection for sampling personnel.
☛Multi-Layer Disc Spring Packing System: The valve shaft seal incorporates flexible packing with a multi-layer disc spring arrangement. Through dynamic compression compensation, it maintains lasting sealing integrity under long-term, high-frequency use and temperature fluctuations, achieving zero leakage at the shaft seal and extending maintenance intervals.
