Another back-to-school season is upon us, and in the Wanlong family, a new group of beloved "Wanlong kids" have unlocked new chapters in their lives—some are saying goodbye to elementary school and heading to middle school with curiosity and a touch of nervousness; others are leaving their teenage years behind and striding confidently into high school; and still others are packing their bags for unfamiliar cities to begin their college journey. Every transformation of identity marks a shining milestone on the path of growth. Behind every admission letter lie the children's persistent efforts day after day, as well as their parents' silent dedication and support.
Every step of a child's growth is not only a source of pride for each family but also a genuine delight for Wanlong. We cherish every teammate who works alongside us, and we care for their next generation as well. This care goes beyond words—it is backed by action: fifteen consecutive years of summer daycare programs have solved the real problem of "childcare difficulties" during summer break; annual parent-child outings allow busy parents to spend quality time with their children; and last year, we launched the "Light of Wanlong · Setting Sail for the Future" education grant for employees' children, adding an extra token of support for their growth. These tangible initiatives have gradually lifted burdens from our employees' shoulders and vividly embodied Wanlong's "family culture."
Last year, the "Light of Wanlong · Setting Sail for the Future" grant reached 22 employees' children; this year, that warmth continues to spread, with 23 children receiving this exclusive gift of growth.
Transition to Middle School-Setting Sail Grant
A total of 10 incoming middle school students received the Setting Sail grant of RMB 500 each.
Transition to High-climbing Grant
A total of 10 incoming high school students received the Climbing Higher grant of RMB 1,000 each.
Transition to College-Soaring High Grant
A total of 3 incoming college students received the Soaring High grant of RMB 5,000 each.
A special note: Mr. Cheng, General Manager of Wanlong Group, specifically reminded all parents that this gift must be handed directly to the children, so they can decide how to use it themselves. They may buy a book they've been wanting, purchase a piece of sports gear they've long desired, take a trip they've been planning, or save it as their own "little fund." Allowing children to plan and manage the money on their own is itself a form of growth.
Finally, we sincerely wish all the children a rewarding and healthy journey ahead in their studies, and that they may step by step move toward the future they look forward to.
