Single Stem Bellows Globe Valve

The single-stem design is the most common and classic form in bellows seal globe valves.
This configuration employs only one stem,
with one end of the bellows welded to the stem and the other end welded to the bonnet or valve body.
While retaining the "zero leakage" advantage of the bellows,
the single-stem design offers a reduced overall height and requires less installation space compared to a double-stem design.
This makes it particularly suitable for piping applications where space is limited.
Design Features
●The flow passage is optimized using computer-aided simulation (CAE). As a result,
the optimized valve offers a 10% to 50% higher flow capacity ,
and a significantly reduced flow resistance coefficient compared to valves of the same specification.
●Its compact design, characterized by a reduced overall height, requires less installation space,
making it ideal for confined or space-limited piping layouts.

Applications
This valve is designed for handling flammable,
explosive, permeable, and radioactive media.
It is particularly advantageous for achieving zero leakage in transferring hot media like thermal oil,
thanks to its reliable dual-seal design and excellent performance.
